myDailyTasks helps people keep the next useful action visible, carry plans across devices, and review real progress without rebuilding the week from scratch.
Founder story
I’m an AuDHD developer, and I built myDailyTasks because many task apps asked me to take in more than I could use in the moment. I didn’t need another system that showed me every possibility, priority, and overdue item all at once. I needed a calmer place to return to the next useful action.
That experience shapes the app: keep today clear, let routines and longer goals support the plan in the background, and make it easy to adjust when a real day changes. myDailyTasks is a planning tool, not a clinical or medical service, but it is made for people who want practical help without an overwhelming amount of information competing for attention.

Vision
The planning loop is intentionally simple: prioritize what matters, plan the next visible step, then review what changed. Rituals, 90Day planning, carryover, and Weekly Review exist to keep that loop from breaking when real weeks get messy.
