How-To

Use Smart Lists

Move between common planning contexts without building custom filters each time.

Before you start

  • Have tasks in the selected week.
  • Use tags, priorities, and completion state if you want richer list results.

Steps

  1. Open Today for the current calendar day.
  2. Use Not Completed to find unfinished work in the selected week.
  3. Use Scheduled for time-specific or dated work.
  4. Use High Priority when A-priority tasks need attention.
  5. Use Auto-Moved and Completed This Week during review.

Most Smart Lists are scoped to the selected week, so switch weeks if expected tasks are outside the current range.

Choose your starting point

Start with one day and build from there.

Preview the Day Planner for priorities and tasks, or open Daily Planning to see how time blocking works.
