Keep routines out of the task pile

Rituals are for repeated patterns such as morning reset, shutdown, weekly review, meditation, date night, or household routines. They are managed separately from ordinary one-off tasks so a repeated pattern can keep its own cadence and still appear on the day it matters.

In the app, a ritual can use a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. Weekly rituals can target multiple weekdays, and monthly rituals can target multiple month days.

Schedule concrete work

When a ritual generates dated work, that occurrence appears in the normal planner and Smart Lists. The generated task remains editable, and it keeps a Ritual badge so its origin stays clear.

Away periods in Calendar Rules can stop future ritual entries while you are away. If a ritual-generated task is still open after its day ends, the app marks that occurrence as incomplete rather than letting it stay open forever.

Where Rituals fit

Free plans can keep up to three rituals, and Premium removes that saved-ritual limit. Rituals appear as a primary feature on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and as a compact synced reference list on Apple Watch.
