Terms That Apply

myDailyTasks is provided by Cyber AI Insights Pty Ltd (ABN 79 636 345 036), based in Victoria, Australia.

Your licence to download, install, and use myDailyTasks is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

The information below provides product-specific notices about myDailyTasks. It supplements the Standard EULA but does not replace, amend, or override it. If there is an inconsistency, applicable law prevails, followed by the Standard EULA.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in the Standard EULA or these product notices excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, privacy obligation, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian consumers may be entitled to remedies where myDailyTasks fails to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee. These rights apply in addition to any rights available through Apple.

Subscriptions

Premium removes the free-plan limits of 7 active tasks, 5 Daily Planning activities per 7-day planner week, 3 rituals, and 1 active 90Day goal. It also removes Apple Watch planning and capture limits and adds private 12-week insights beyond the free current-week review. Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly are purchased and managed through your Apple Account. The applicable price, billing period, and renewal information are displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple handles payment processing, subscription management, and App Store refunds. Cyber AI Insights Pty Ltd remains responsible for product support and product-related claims to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section restricts any refund, cancellation, or other right available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intended Use And Important Data

myDailyTasks is designed for personal productivity and general day-to-day planning, including ordinary personal and work-related tasks. It is not designed or warranted as an enterprise information system, business-continuity system, regulated recordkeeping system, compliance system, accounting system, permanent archive, or emergency, safety-critical, or life-critical service.

You must not use myDailyTasks as the sole repository for business-critical, legally required, or irreplaceable information, or as the only way to remember an urgent, safety-critical, or legally required action. You are responsible for maintaining independent, current, and usable copies of information whose loss could cause material personal or business harm.

Notifications, reminders, widgets, Apple Watch features, synchronisation, and integrations may be delayed or unavailable because of device settings, connectivity, operating-system behaviour, or third-party services.

Your Data And Backups

You control the task and planning information you enter into myDailyTasks. You are responsible for reviewing that information and maintaining a separate, current backup or export appropriate to its importance.

iCloud synchronisation is intended to keep information updated across eligible devices signed into your Apple Account. It is not a backup or archival service. Changes and deletions may synchronise to other devices, and recoverability is not guaranteed.

Cyber AI Insights Pty Ltd does not operate or control iCloud. Availability and operation of iCloud are subject to Apple's services, your Apple Account, device settings, and applicable Apple terms.

Data Loss And Limitation Of Liability

Liability arising from your use of myDailyTasks is governed by the limitation-of-liability provisions in Apple's Standard EULA, subject to all rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The backup and synchronisation information above explains reasonably foreseeable risks and steps you can take to reduce potential loss. It does not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Support, Privacy, And Responsibility

Cyber AI Insights Pty Ltd is responsible for myDailyTasks, product support, and product-related claims to the extent required by applicable law. Apple is not responsible for providing support for this third-party app except where required under applicable Apple terms or law.
