Help for planning, sync, reminders, and Premium

Need help with planning, sync, reminders, widgets, App Lock, Apple Watch, or Premium?

Email support@mydailytasks.app with the details below.

Version 1.2 Guides

See release notes for recent updates and upcoming changes.

For sync, use Settings → Services → Cloud Storage → Sync with iCloud, or the iCloud section on Watch. This saves pending edits and checks the account; verify arrival on the other device separately. Apple controls transfer timing.

Include These Details

  • Device type, such as iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch.
  • OS version and app version.
  • A short description of what you expected and what happened.
  • For subscription help, tell us whether you have already tried Restore Purchases.
  • For sync issues, note whether iCloud is enabled for the app on each device.

Common Checks

Confirm iCloud is available and enabled for the app.Check notification permission before relying on reminders.Confirm the watch app is signed in to the same Apple Account.Restore purchases from Settings if Premium does not appear active.

Movement Reminders Preview

Movement Reminders are implemented for a future build but still need physical-device acceptance. They are off by default, run only while the app is active and always leave the pause decision to you. Read the permissions and on-device data disclosure.

myBudgetCanvas And myHealthRoutine

Earlier builds review myBudgetCanvas JSON imports without paid bookkeeping. Next-build preview: an opt-in automatic connection creates bill tasks and returns completion receipts for paid bookkeeping, without transferring money. Real cross-device acceptance is pending. A task-only reopen does not reverse a paid bill; reopen it in myBudgetCanvas. Medication and Blood Pressure Check connections are optional and can be removed from their Ritual configuration. Do not send health values, medication details, exported files, or private iCloud information to support unless strictly necessary.

Study And Pollen Alerts

Study and Pollen Alerts are available now as separate add-ons. Neither is included in Premium or requires Premium. Use the current version of myDailyTasks and check access for the relevant add-on if a feature is missing.

Study setup explains subjects, assignments, results and access after expiry. Pollen setup explains the explicit area choice, daily forecast allowance and fixed-day reminders. For support, include the app version and displayed status; omit coursework, results, medication details and precise location.

Subscriptions

Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly are purchased and managed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases if access is missing, and use Apple's subscription management flow to review renewal or cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple handles billing and refunds.
