How-To

Use Smart Lists

Move between common planning contexts without building custom filters each time.

Before you start

  • Have tasks in the selected week.
  • Use tags, priorities, and completion state if you want richer list results.

Steps

  1. Open Today for the current calendar day.
  2. Use Not Completed to find unfinished work in the selected week.
  3. Use Scheduled for time-specific or dated work.
  4. Use High Priority when A-priority tasks need attention.
  5. Use Auto-Moved, Completed This Week, and All Completed during review.
  6. Read the Today and All Completed breakdowns to compare status, type, tags, priority, timing, and carryover.

Most Smart Lists are scoped to the selected week, so switch weeks if expected tasks are outside the current range.

Choose your starting point

Start with one day and build from there.
