Search Tasks
Find a task across dates using its title, details, link or tag, then return to the original record.
What it supports
- Open Search Tasks from More on iPhone or the iPad and Mac toolbar. Command-F opens search on Mac and with an iPad keyboard.
- Search spans dates and includes retained completion titles and tags, plus Daily Quest tasks. Repeating series appear once.
- Open a result’s details or return a live task to its planner date without copying or changing it.
- Apple Watch offers search within its Premium task dashboard. Its all-date search runs only while the search screen is open.
