Settings and Preferences
Tune the planner's starting screen, appearance, visibility, sorting, task defaults, tags, Daily Planner hours, reminders, carryover, calendar rules, privacy, iCloud status, and Premium access.
What it supports
- Build 48 internal TestFlight: optional Task Start Assistance has device-local quiet hours, private previews and pause controls on Mac, iPhone and iPad. It is off by default and adds no new Premium requirement.
- General settings cover appearance, starting screen, filters, sort order, retention, completion confirmation and Show Appointments in Task Lists.
- Field Order in the task editor rearranges Task, Details, URL, Sticker, Schedule, Tag and Priority without changing the draft.
- Task settings manage the default priority, default tag, configured tags, tag colours, and weekday, weekend, or anytime tag availability.
- Daily Planner settings choose the timeline start and end plus the Work Day range used by autofill.
- New task defaults can shift proposed Today tasks after a selected cutoff time and optional day offset.
- Services > About & Support shows the installed app version.
- Mac settings use a sidebar preference window, while iPhone and iPad use grouped native settings sections.
